When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates

Please note that any additional duties and taxes assessed by customers are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders cannot be shipped via expedited shipping method, such as next day or 2 days.

All sample charges are provided for references only. The actual cost will be calculated during the check out process.

If the customer supplies an incorrect delivery address and the order is returned to us, Ella Ella will not refund any delivery costs. The same applies to overseas orders, of your local postal service are unable to find your address to deliver your goods and the package is returned to us, Ella Ella will not refund any delivery costs associated with the order. It is customers responsibility to enter their address correctly and to make sure the address is known to their local postal service.

We will send you an email specifying your delivery tracking number as soon as the order is processed for delivery.

Customer may trace their order status by going to the “Order History” and fill in the tracking number.
