Return Policy

  • All return packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us.
  • Merchandise must not be worn or altered with all original tags attached.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition.  Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned without the original shoe box.  Do not use your shoe box as your shipping box.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return
  • We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.
  • You will receive an email once your return has been processed.  Please allow 8 business days from the time we receive our return for it to be processed
  • Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit
  • Should you wish to exchange an item for an alternative size or color, please email us within 15 days of the date your order shipped from us and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock.  As soon as we receive your return, we will dispatch your new size to you after the goods have undergone a quality control check.

 

Returns

Please send items back to us at the address below using any trackable shipping method.  Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return.  Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid.  Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
